Broker / Agent Registration Instructions
Thank you for expressing interest in partnering with Dawson's Management. We are excited to share the news that Dawson's Management is currently managing USDA REO assets. This development could lead to fantastic opportunities in your region, and we cordially invite you to become a part of our Listing Broker Network!
Properties will be assigned and managed online, using the industry-leading REO Asset Management and Disposition Platform, powered by Equator. You do not have to upgrade your account to receive assets – an Equator Agent account is FREE.
New Agent Registration instructions:
Step 1: Make sure you have the following documents available in PDF format. You’ll be required to upload these documents during the registration process. These documents must be provided before any properties can be assigned to you. Required Documents Include:
- Real Estate License
- Errors & Omissions Insurance (must include carrier name and expiration date).
- W-9
- Professional headshot is available in JPG or PNG format.
- Write up your experience, expertise, and industry knowledge for the Capability Summary section.
Step 2: Go to https://agents.equator.com/index.cfm?event=person.agentRegisterForm&rel=%22origin%22&from=%22dawsonsmanagement.com%22
Brokers with multiple offices must register each office separately with unique email addresses.
Step 3: After registration is complete, go to agents.equator.com and log in using your credentials.
Step 4: Click on “Update” and go to the “My Status and Billing” section and upload your Real Estate License, E&O Insurance, W9, professional headshot, and write-up.
